JSC Bank of Georgia is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an ITI (IT Infrastructure) Project Manager/Business Analyst in IT Department.
ITI Project Manager will play an integral role in the coordination and facilitation of all pieces of infrastructure projects; He/she will be responsible for a full range of activities (analysis, planning, monitoring) related to managing the process of information technology systems within an organization, including computer software, hardware, facilities and security systems. The incumbent will prepare requirements definition, the concept, charter, project scope documents, project planning process, risk assessment, manage all required tasks and ensure a high quality product.
** Work with internal/external clients to gather business requirements; define the actual problem by describing request or problem; realize all the possible and alternative ways of resolution;
** Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
** Define and document project tasks and resource requirements
** Conduct project evaluation and assessment
** Facilitate the final decision making process;
** Develop project functional/technical analysis document; Plan and schedule project timelines, coordinate project implementation;
** Manage project resource allocation, track and control project progress and planned activities
** Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
** Develop, forecast and manage overall project budget;
** Plan, prepare, and conduct the presentation on project closing to the concerned parties of the project;
** Documenting the project closing;
** Launch the project.
Education: Master\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree in Information systems or computer science-related discipline.
Work experience: Minimum 2 years of prior work experience in IT implementation projects that may include networks, servers, storage, back-up and recovery and data center services; Minimum 1 year work experience in a managerial position (middle management) is preferred.

** Extensive understanding of ITI architecture and model:
- Server/operational system functioning;
- IP telephony
** Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook,
** Knowledge of MS Project, e-mail/scheduling software applications, developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools;
** Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively in Russian and English;
** Business decision making skills, ability to decide on technical decision on the basis of gathered requisitions;
** Ability to create technical documentation;
** Ability to plan and analyze workload in the scopes of existing systems and resources;
** Proven project management and leadership skills;
** Problem solving, consensus building skills;
** Customer focus and relationship building;
** Strong organizational and time management skills;
** Enjoying learning new technologies and putting them into use;
** Communicative, flexible, team player, a quick learner, with \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"can-do\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" attitude and independent initiative, creative and analytically thinking.
